I'm passionate about photography - my husband would tell you I'm obsessional - which ever way you look at it I can't leave it alone.
I have been immersed in many aspects of photography. From early darkroom days, with experiments into offset lith, infra-red and various other techniques, I gradually moved from purely B&W to colour. I worked in publicity, mainly for musicians, and also commercial work for such companies as BP, Manpower Services Commission, NatWest Bank, and the BBC.
Since 2000 I have used digital, delighted with the ascent of autofocus (due to poor eyesight) but reluctant to join in with the excessive use of digital manipulation. It is the taking of photographs that excites me most.
Now free of the need for professional commitments, I enjoy exploring the diverse aspects of photography. I'll never master them all, but if anything here intrigues you, draws you into another world, or makes you laugh then I am happy.
